Roast Beef with Potatoes And Gravy..
Ingredients-
2 lbs chuck roast
1 lb cut potatoes
2 tbs chopped onion
2 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 tsp cardamom spice (Optional)
1 Italian seasoning
2 tbs roux base
2 cups water or stock
Salt and black pepper to taste

Description-
Season beef with salt and black pepper
Sear beef on both sides in a heated skillet or pot.
Combine ingredients in pot or slow cooker
Adjust seasoning if necessary
Cover and cook @ low heat for 2 hours or till tender.
