Chicken Vegetable Soup...
Ingredients-
Bone in chicken leg quarters (Boneless Ok)
Squash.
1/4 bunch Kale.
1 cup Green beans
1/2 cup cut Carrots
3 tbs diced fresh tomato
1 cup diced Potatoes
Portobello mushroom
3 tbs chopped onions
1/2 tsp dried Basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 dried rosemary.
3 tbs Olive Oil
4 cups water or chicken stock
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
Chicken Bouillon (Optional)
Method-
Combine Ingredients in a pot
Bring to a quick boil and quickly reduce heat and simmer cook for 25-30 minutes..
Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
